Simply Delicious Slow Cooker Potatoes
This is a great take-along side dish for your next rally or grand gathering. If you want to spice it up a bit, use hot Mexican cheese.
Ingredients:
32 oz pkg frozen diced potatoes, thawed
26 oz can cream of chicken soup
16 oz container sour cream
8 oz pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz pkg pasteurized processed cheese spread, diced
6 slices bacon
Directions:
Fry bacon in a skillet until crispy; crumble
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker; mix well
Cover and cook on high setting for about 2 hours until hot and bubbly
Serves 10-12
