Everything tastes better on a stick… or at least it seems that way. Here’s a great recipe for Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs, or as we call this recipe ‘Teriyaki Chicken on a Stick’. This recipe makes a great ‘first night’ dinner. Prepare the kabobs before you leave and when you get to the campground, all you need to do is throw them on the grill.
1 lb boneless chicken breast
Jack Daniels Teriyaki Marinade
Red and green bell peppers
Sliced pineapples, canned
Cut the chicken breasts into one inch pieces. Place in a ziploc bag with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Cut the bell peppers and sliced pineapples into one inch pieces.
Put the chicken, peppers and pineapple on skewers.
Grill for about 7 to 8 minutes per side, turning every few minutes.
