Burgers are a camping staple food, but let’s face it… burgers can be boring. So make your next camp-out meal shout, “Aloha!” when you throw these burgers on the grill. Hula skirts and beverages served in coconuts are optional.
2 lbs Ground beef
1 can Pineapple, diced, drained
Make eight patties out of the ground beef.
Divide pineapple onto 4 portions and spoon on top of four of the ground beef patties.
Top with the remaining ground beef patties and seal tight around the edges.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Place burgers on the grill over hot coals.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, then flip and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
