The Grand Canyon

Foiled Beef Stew

Here is a beef stew recipe that will stick to your ribs and fill up your tummy.  It is easy to prepare, and it won’t require a lot of clean up.  When you are done, just throw the foil into the recycle bin.   You can even prepare the meat and vegetables ahead of time, so that all you need to do at the campground is cook it.  How easy is that!
