Zesty Chicken
Make this zesty Italian chicken in the crock pot and serve it up with some mashed potatoes for an easy but satisfying camping meal.
Ingredients:
whole chicken (backbone removed-for smaller crock pots) or 4 -6 Breasts
1 small onion, sliced
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
Directions:
Add chicken and Italian Dressing to slow cooker
Slice onion and add to slow cooker
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
Use the broth to prepare the gravy.
